Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The homeowners have an exterior security camera aimed at the driveway and trash can area. There are no cameras near the firepit or hot tub areas, and no cameras are inside.
  • There is no direct access to the creek in the neighborhood. It's located on the neighbor's property and there is no path to it. Please do not trespass on the neighbor's property to look for it.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is pet friendly for dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. Max of 2 dogs per reservation. If there is evidence of an unauthorized pet during or after your stay there will be an additional $250 charge.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Evergreen Escape was formerly known as Creekside Cottage.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. Max of 2 dogs per reservation. If there is evidence of an unauthorized pet during or after your stay there will be an additional $250 charge.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 3 vehicles.
  • 4WD or AWD is required during winter months November-March.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided for you.
  • Amenities include: Bed linens, towels, hair dryer, climate control, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, BBQ grill, ice-maker, hot tub, TV, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, ironing board & iron, and cooking basics. Parking is free onsite.
